East Haven Breaks Ground at Elliot Road

Congresswoman DeLauro, Trail Chair Chip Angle, and East Haven Director Barbara Brow celebrated the Groundbreaking at the Elliot Road Section. This Trail section runs behind D.C. Moore school, parallel to Elliot Road.
