First Saturday Monthly Walk, March 6, 2010 in Madison

10 a.m. at Hammonasset Beach State Park. Join leaders of the Shoreline Greenway Trail for a brisk waterside walk and beautiful views along Long Island Sound at Meigs Point in the Park. Three miles roundtrip along boardwalk and cinder paths, 1 1/4 hours, no hills.
Directions: Take i-95 exit 62, south through the Route 1 light into the Park. Follow signs to Meigs Point, and park at the Meigs Point Nature Center.
