REGISTER NOW for Trailblazer’s RUN THE GAUNTLET to benefit Shoreline Greenway Trail!
Back by popular demand, registration is now open for the second annual RUN THE GAUNTLET, a 5K obstacle race to be held at Hammonasset Beach State Park in Madison, CT, on Sunday, September 29, 2013.
In this race, runners will face 8-10 obstacles — tires, hay bales, high walls, water, cargo nets and more – as they run 3.1 miles along the course set on the beautiful shores of the Hammonasset Beach .
Participants who raise $100 or more for Shoreline Greenway Trail get a free registration!
Over 500 runners participated last year, and this year’s race promises to be bigger and with a few new obstacles, including a “mystery” obstacle, and prizes for top winners in each category.
Join us for a post-race party on the beach with music and food, including free refreshments for participants from the Old World Pizza Truck and the Thimble Island Brewing Co. (Spectators may purchase refreshments.)
