Our ribbon cutting celebration on Thursday, August 22 was a festive affair, with many enthusiastic folks attending – State and local officials, Park staff, our intrepid Trail volunteer builders and the Madison SGT Team headed by Ginny Raff,  Boy Scouts, and DEEP Sojourn bike riders on their 169 mile journey.

DEEP Commissioner Dan Esty congratulated Shoreline Greenway Trail for our dedication to create our recreational resource for the public, enhancing the State Park at the same time.
