Come join us at the 3rd Annual Run the Gauntlet 5K Obstacle Race to benefit the Shoreline Greenway Trail. This event will take place September 28, 2014. Participants will have lots of fun while attempting to conquer 14+ natural and man-made obstacles as they run 3.1 miles along the shore and trails of Hammonasset Beach.
After the race, participants are invited to enjoy a post-race beach party featuring food, refreshments and live entertainment.
To register, click here www.gauntletraces.com. On the top of the next screen, click Run the Gauntlet. On the next screen, click the Register Now tab and on the next screen, click Register Now. Select the “heat” you would like to run in (9 am or 10 am) and you are on your way!
You can increase the funds donated to the Shoreline Greenway Trail by soliciting your friends and/or family to support you in the race. You can become a fundraiser during the registration process by indicating Yes when you see the Get Involved section just before clicking Continue.
Keep in mind that if you raise $100 or more, your registration fee of $50 will be refunded to you!
