COME TO OUR KIDS BIKE SAFETY RODEO this Saturday, May 2 for kids 5 to 10 years old, from 9AM to 11AM at A.W. Cox Elementary School, organized by the Guilford Team of Shoreline Greenway Trail.  There will be a  fun obstacle course, and stations for bike safety check-up, helmet fitting, ‘rules of the road’.  Kids must bring their own bikes and helmets.

BRING YOUR USED BIKES (any size) TO THE RODEO TO DONATE to the Bikes for Kids organization in Old Saybrook. We will collect them at the Rodeo, near the fence.

Our partners, staff from Guilford Park and Recreation, Guilford Police Department and  Zane’s Cycles, have been invaluable in helping us put on this Rodeo, as well as several Shoreline Greenway Trail volunteers.  Any questions, call Kristen d’Souza, Rodeo team leader, 203-623-0781 or email her at
