On June 18th at 10:00 a.m. Shoreline Greenway Trial hosted a celebratory ribbon cutting in honor of the water station installation. We were pleased to have representatives from REI as well as state and local dignitaries and SGT board members participating in this event.
In 2020 REI, the outdoor clothing and gear cooperative, awarded the Madison team of Shoreline Greenway Trail a water station to be installed near the Shoreline Greenway Trial parking lot at Hammonasset Beach State Park. With the help of state park employees, the water station has been installed and is already in use by humans and their pets.
