The Madison team is planning a Trail Spruce Up event on Saturday, September 10th, from 10-12pm at the Hammonasset section of the Shoreline Greenway Trail.
We’ll meet in the trail head parking lot 1288 Boston Post Rd, Madison, CT 06443 to receive a safety briefing and plan before heading to several trail sections that need some TLC.
Everyone is welcome to attend and help keep our trail as wonderful as it can be.
Wear sturdy shoes, work gloves, sunscreen and coverings against thorns and ticks.
Some tools will be available, but you should bring your own hand tools including loppers, clippers, rakes and hand brush saws.
