Every Sunday meet Paul Proulx of Elm City Cycling in front of East Rock Coffee at 10 am (and East Rock Park at 10:10 am). Every week will consist of a different ride and end back at the starting point!  During the weekends leading up to Rock to Rock, the rides will be themed around preparing for the ride routes. Paul will lead rides of increasing lengths in the weeks before R2R (12-mile on 4/6, 20-mile on 4/13, 40-mile on April 20). Attend as many practice runs as you would like! No one gets left behind!   Contact pauljproulx@comcast.net with questions.
