TROLLEYS & TRAILS SUMMER SERIES EVENT, The Shoreline Greenway Trail and The Shore Line Trolley Museum are partnering for a series of outdoor walks and talks this summer.

This will be the second event in a summertime series of outdoor walks and talks joining experts from the Shore Line Trolley Museum and beautiful sections along the Shoreline
Join us on Saturday July 22 for a walk and talk along the former Trolley line in Guilford. You will learn about how Guilford was a major hub for the trolley that once rolled along the shoreline in the early 1900’s.
We will meet at Guilford Town Hall, 31 Park St at 10:00am on Saturday, July 22. then walk across the Guilford Green to Water Street and along Water St (146) to the former Trolley barn at Water and River Street (Floor Craze) returning to Town Hall. We will pass several historic homes along the route and learn about the history of the trolley line.
Please wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing and bring water. We will be walking mostly on sidewalks. Program approximately 90 minutes, 1 ½ miles round trip.

Sept 9th, Madison 10 AM – Meeting at the Hammonasset-West section, in Madison at the trailhead parking lot off the Post Road.
