Masters Walk & Roll; Birding Expert Brian Toal

Get your binoculars and listening ears on as you join us for a BIRDING walk or roll along the Shoreline Greenway Trail’s Hamoonasset West section in Madison.
Led by Brian Toal, past president of Hartford Audubon, he will delight you with identifying birds and their life in the area. Be ready for several species to be ‘passing by’ as the shoreline is a major migration route and stop-over for many on their northern journey.
Meet at the Trailhead on the Post Road between the Connector and Lenny & Joes. “1291 Post Road”
Free For All. Families welcome.
Approx 2 miles total. Gentle inclines along 10′ packed gravel trails
Bring water since we don’t know if the REI sponsored water fountain will be open for the season.
