Today we will walk the beautiful trails of Hammonasset Beach State Park skirting Long Island Sound to Meig’s Point.

If time permits, be sure to visit the Nature Center while there.

The full distance round trip is about 4 miles but you can opt for a shorter walk if you prefer.

Meet in the trail parking lot off Route One just east of the park’s main entrance.
